This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the personal details you give Air Conditioning MCR ("we", "us") when you use this website or ask us for a quote.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, call, email or WhatsApp us we collect what you give us: normally your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address and details of the job. If you become a customer we also hold your quote, invoice and installation records, including the details needed to register your manufacturer warranty.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote, carry out and record the work, register your warranty, remind you when a service is due and keep the records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do the job: the equipment manufacturer (to register your warranty), our finance broker if you ask about finance, and the services we use to run the business such as our email, phone and booking systems. Each of those handles your data under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months if you do not go ahead. Customer records are kept for six years for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted.

This site may use cookies for basic analytics and to measure advertising, so we can see which pages people find useful. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email Contact@igniteheating.co.uk or call 0161 399 0749.
