Most air con companies will not put a price on their website. We will. These are real guide prices for typical Manchester homes, fully fitted, everything included.
Every price includes the unit, outdoor unit, pipework, electrics, brackets, commissioning, warranty registration and clean-up. The exact figure depends on room size and pipe run - Ryan confirms it in writing after a quick look.
Guide prices for typical installs where the outdoor unit sits within a few metres of the indoor unit. Long pipe runs, difficult access, scaffolding or ceiling cassettes cost more - Ryan will always tell you before you commit. Prices correct as of 2026.
A box room needs a 2.5kW unit; a big open-plan kitchen-diner might need 5kW or more. Bigger unit, bigger price - but never bigger than it needs to be.
Indoor unit on an outside wall with the outdoor unit directly behind it is the cheapest install. Long runs through the loft or round the house add materials and time.
Ground floor and first floor are straightforward. Third-floor flats or awkward roofs may need a tower or scaffold, which we price in upfront.
Quieter, more efficient premium models cost more than standard ones. Ryan will show you the options rather than deciding for you.
Each extra room on a multi-split costs less than a separate single system, because they share one outdoor unit and one day's labour.
The price on your quote is the price on your invoice. If we find something unexpected on the day, we talk to you first - always.
A typical single-room unit draws around 0.6 to 1kW when it is working hard, and much less once the room is at temperature. At today's electricity prices that works out at roughly 15p to 30p an hour on a hot afternoon - a fraction of what an old portable unit costs. In heating mode it delivers three to four times more heat than the electricity it uses, which is why so many customers end up using it all winter for the one room they live in.
Would rather pay monthly than all at once? We can offer finance on installations through a regulated finance broker, subject to status and credit checks. Tell Ryan when you enquire and he will explain the options and the monthly figures for your quote - no pressure either way.
Finance is arranged through an FCA-authorised credit broker, not a lender, and is subject to status and credit checks. Full details, including the regulated firms involved, are provided in writing with your quote.
Send your postcode and a photo of the room. Ryan will come back to you with a fixed price - usually the same day.
