Wall-mounted systems for living rooms, bedrooms, lofts, home offices and small businesses. Fixed price, fitted in a day, heats in winter too.
Every system we fit is a "split" system: a slim indoor unit high on the wall and a compact outdoor unit outside, joined by a small pipe run. It cools a room in minutes, runs quietly, filters the air and - because it is a heat pump - it heats the room efficiently in winter as well. It is the same kit you find in hotels and new-build apartments, sized properly for your room.
The most popular job we do. One indoor unit, one outdoor unit, one day. Perfect for a living room, a lounge-diner, a large kitchen or the one bedroom that turns into an oven every July. Prices start at £1,800 fully fitted and most single rooms come in between £1,800 and £2,500 depending on room size and how far the outdoor unit is from the indoor one.
Ryan sizes the unit to the room. Too small and it runs flat out all day. Too big and it short-cycles and never dehumidifies properly. Getting this right is most of the job - it is why we always take a look before we quote.
Want the lounge and two bedrooms done? A "multi-split" runs two, three or four indoor units from a single outdoor unit. That means one tidy box outside instead of three, and each room gets its own remote and its own temperature. Typical guide prices are £3,400 to £4,600 for two rooms and £4,900 to £6,600 for three - see the prices page for the full breakdown.

Loft rooms and top-floor bedrooms are the number one reason people ring us. Heat rises, Velux windows act like a greenhouse, and a fan just moves warm air about. A wall unit on the lowest fan setting is quieter than most people's fridge, so you actually sleep. Ryan will position the indoor unit so it is not blowing straight onto the bed, and site the outdoor unit away from your window and next door's.
Garden offices and box-room studies are the second most common job. In summer they overheat; in winter they are expensive to keep warm with a plug-in heater. One air conditioning unit fixes both. In heating mode it puts out roughly three to four times more heat than the electricity it uses, so it is one of the cheapest ways to keep a single room comfortable all year round.
Comfortable customers stay longer, and staff work better. We fit wall-mounted and ceiling-cassette systems for small commercial spaces across Manchester and Bolton, and plan the install around your opening hours - early mornings, Sundays or after close if that suits. Ask about servicing plans to keep everything running through the busy months.
People buy air conditioning for the summer and then find they use the heating mode more. Set the unit to 20°C on a cold morning and the room is warm before the kettle has boiled - without waiting for the whole central heating system to get going. It works down to well below freezing outside, and for a single room it will usually cost less to run than the radiator it replaces.
We fit reliable, well-supported units from leading manufacturers - the brands where spares are easy to get and the warranty is worth having. Ryan will recommend the right unit for your room and budget rather than pushing one brand for every job.
Not sure what you need? Ring or WhatsApp and Ryan will tell you straight what will work for your room and roughly what it costs.
No sales visits, no pressure. Send a photo of the room and the outside wall, or book a quick survey, and you will have a fixed price in writing. Most jobs are booked in within a week or two and finished the same day Ryan arrives.
Send photos on WhatsApp or book a 20-minute visit. Ryan checks the room, the wall and where the outdoor unit can go.
One price in writing that covers everything. No "plus VAT", no "plus electrics", no surprises on the day.
Ryan arrives when he says he will, protects your floors, fits the system and takes the rubbish away.
A walk-through of the remote and app, your warranty registered, and the same engineer on the end of the phone if you ever need him.
Sized properly for your space so it cools quickly, runs quietly and does not cost a fortune to run.
Neat, boxed-in pipe runs, anti-vibration wall brackets or a ground stand for the outdoor unit.
A dedicated, fused supply installed safely and tested - not run off an extension lead.
The system is vacuumed, pressure-tested and set up correctly so it lasts. Skipping this is why cheap installs fail.
Ryan registers the manufacturer warranty for you and gives you the paperwork.
Dust sheets down, rubbish taken away, and a walk-through of the controls before Ryan leaves.
Send your postcode and a photo of the room. Ryan will come back to you with a fixed price - usually the same day.
